Annual reports
Wyoming INC and LLC are required to file an Annual List of Officers or Annual List of Directors, and they are due on or before the 1st day of the Anniversary month of the Incorporation. Also, Wyoming doesn’t have any Business License fees, only Annual report.
The fees for Annual Report are very low, just $50 or two-tenths of one mill on a dollar ($0.0002), whichever is greater, based on the assets located and employed in the state of Wyoming by the company. Our filing fee is $15, so for most of the companies, the annual fee is only $65.
Address
Officers’ (president, secretary, treasurer, and director) names and addresses are not required to be listed in the Articles of Incorporation when you are incorporating in Wyoming. The only address that is required is mailing address and incorporator address. The big advantage is that you can use our mail forwarding address to protect the privacy of officers.

According to Wyoming law, the name and address of the registered agent must be listed in the Articles of Incorporation. The Articles must be accompanied by written consent to appointment manually signed by the registered agent. A Wyoming registered agent has a physical address in Wyoming, where the registered agent will accept hand-delivered services of the process during regular business hours.
The registered agent is responsible for receiving important legal and tax documents on behalf of incorporated companies. Also, the registered agent must keep a copy of the Articles of Incorporation, a copy of the corporate bylaws, and the stock ledger of the company or a statement that provides the name and address of the actual custodian of the stock ledger.
